Role: Regional Call Centre Manager

I am currently working with one of the South East's leading housing maintenance contractors who are in the market for a Regional Call Centre Manager to join the team covering their key contracts in Hertfordshire, Middlesex and London. The manager would be responsible for the call centre teams throughout the various contracts, which would also include monthly reporting to stakeholders/clients on the progress of the contract and productivity, liaison with the resident support and community investment teams will be essential for the smooth running of the contracts.
The ideal candidate would have experience in the social housing/housing maintenance sector in a similar position managing a contact centre, the ability to be organised and proactive and able to achieve deadlines whilst providing excellent customer service will be essential for the role. Communication skills would be key for the position as there will be liaison between various stakeholders and clients at various levels.
In return my client offers a competitive salary between £45,000 - £50,000 + car allowance + excellent benefits package with scope for progression throughout the businesses structure.
