Superb opportunity to join a residential property investment firm based in Mayfair. Our client is looking for a Residential Sales Manager to join the team.
The role would suit a residential sales manager looking for a change and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work for a highly successful firm.
Key responsibilities will include:
To negotiate the acquisition and sale of residential properties.
To deal with a high volume of incoming leads and understand seller requirements and motivations.
To carry out thorough due diligence on all potential acquisitions and sales.
To ensure properties are marketed efficiently and offers are negotiated to a satisfactory conclusion as quickly as possible.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with solicitors and other third parties including surveyors and estate agents.
To ensure the highest possible sales price is achieved.
To maintain strong relationships with the in house sales progression team.
Manage your own database of clients.
To ensure properties are purchased and sold as efficiently as possible.
Ability/understanding of how to value residential properties quickly and accurately.
Determined, ambitious and with excellent communication skills.
Able to forge strong relationaships with sellers quickly.
Able to gain an excellent understanding of contact agents' feedback.
Proven track record in property sales with the ability to work as part of a team and with other departments in the firm.
The ability to co-ordinate property sales using strong negotiation and selling skills.
Experience in managing other team members an advantage.
Able to remove emotion from commercially practical decisions.
IT skills, including Microsoft office, email and internet.
Ability to assimilate new skills and information, compile and report up to date sales performance.
Basic salary £30-40,000 per annum with realistic OTE £100,000 +.
