I'm currently recruiting for a Fire and Security Mobile Engineer to be responsible for carrying out various maintenance works.
Overview of Role
The core function of this role is carry out fire and security reactive, preventative and installation maintenance work to all aspects of security systems, fire detection, life safety and other equipment. Other duties include:
* Working effectively as part of the call-out rota
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients to encourage future work for the company
* Comply with all relevant engineering practices and company policies
* To ensure relevant paperwork is completed and returned to the Admin team
* Assist in the development of trainees.
As the successful candidate you will have substantial experience carrying out Engineer works within the Fire and Security environment with proven ability to install, test, commission, service CCTV, access control, intruder detection and fire alarm systems.
Excellent administration skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Ability to prioritise workload, working logical and methodically.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with a good telephone manner.
You will have extensive knowledge of Security Systems and the Fire Protection Industry/Systems.
Due to the nature of this position it is essential that you have a full UK driver's licence. Ideally, this position will suit someone located in the Sheffield, Doncaster and Mansfield areas.
