Our client is a leading UK property consultancy and looking to recruit an MRICS Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to join the Residential Development Valuations Team in the West End.

The role:

Specialising in residential development valuations providing advice to clients including institutions, fund managers, developers, property companies, banks and PLCs on a range of high profile instructions.

Strong focus on valuing and advisory services for the Build to Rent/Private Rented Sector.

Producing valuation reports for a range of purposes including acquisitions, accounts, loan security and strategic advice.

Integrating with inter firm departments including Capital Markets and Funding, Development Agency, Planning and Building Consultancy.

Networking, new business development and helping with the continued growth of the valuations team.

Working closely with colleagues in cross selling the firm's services.

The Person:

MRICS with 3 + years' PQE. Registered Valuer.

Experience in valuing residential development properties and mixed use sites an advantage.

Ability to work autonomously, carrying out valuations and producing reports.

Preparation of models using Excel and Argus developer.

Strong eye for detail with a high degree of accuracy.

Proven track record in new business generation/gaining repeat instructions from clients.

Strong team player and able to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues.
