Fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading residential property investment firm as property management assistant in London. The role offers the opportunity for quick progression to senior property asset management positions in the firm.

The Role:

Providing general administrative duties and support to the property and asset management team.

Working as part of a team to deliver a customer focussed service and drive the performance of the property portfolio by being a proactive point of contact for tenants, contractors and other departments.

Prepare and issue all standard job authorisation forms, update and maintain property and health & safety databases.

Co-ordinate property inspections, compile and record property inspection reports.

Instruct maintenance works ensuring that tenants are updated.

Obtain estimates from contractors ensuring that tenants are kept fully updated.

Arrange appointments and liaise with tenants, contractors and other professionals.

Obtain and record all necessary compliance reports.

Liaise with letting agents regarding new tenancies, ensuring gas certificate supplied and works completed.

Deal with check out reports, deposit releases and management of tenants.

Support property and asset management team with insurance claim management.

Support the compiling of all necessary documentation for pre-contract enquiries.

Undertake regular customer satisfaction surveys, working closely with PMs to achieve KPIs.

Council Tax payments and instalments, termination and re-let documents.

The Person:

Experienced in working in a busy administrative role essential.

Knowledge of residential tenancies - Assured Shorthold, Rent Act and other tenancies.

Excellent organisational and strong time management skills.

Good IT skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook with ability to adapt to in house databases.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Numerate and with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Previous experience of working independently and in a team.

Able to build and maintain successful relationships.

Ability to use own initiative, solve problems and take ownership of projects.

Previous experience of generating reports.
