I am presently recruiting for an Administrator to work on a temporary basis of 4 months.
One of our leading clients within the Social Housing (repairs and maintenance) industry, is looking for an Administrator to be able to assist with a day to day administrative duties. You will be required to:
* Book appointments
* Use of various MS packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
* Take internal and external calls
* Liase with engineers on job allocations
* Update the database accurately
* Maintain an effective filling system
* Update documents accurately
* Respond to emails
