I am recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to join a Social Housing Provider that own and manage in excess of 20,000 properties.
You will be required to lead on the effective delivery of estate services.
Responsible for developing the offer going forward to meet customer expectations and enhance their experience.
This will include internal and external liaison with peer group and senior managers as well as looking beyond the sector for innovations to help us become a class leader in estates services delivery.
This post helps achieve its objective to deliver excellent, locally agreed services by ensuring communal areas and assets are maintained effectively to a high standard and to the satisfaction of our residents.
It also helps to achieve the objective to provide quality homes to live in by putting in place and establishing comprehensive estates & facilities management service contracts and agreements which are tailored to suit our assets and schemes maintenance requirements.
You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of developing and delivering estate services offers which meet resident, colleague and business expectations. The successful applicant will need to offer assurances of their ability to lead the team, build the profile & reputation of the service offer, drive continuous improvement and demonstrate effective budget & contract management skills.
This is a mobile role and travel will be expected throughout Lancashire, Yorkshire, Midlands and also down to Southern Home Counties when required.
