We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Contractor , who are looking for a Works Supervisor based in Redruth.

Our client a contractor who provides repairs and maintenance services are looking for a Supervisor to oversee refurb, maintenance and painting work across Cornwall.

Day to Day:

•      Management of contract work being carried out in Cornwall
•      Management of a team of painters and trades on site
•      Liaising with the client and site meetings
•      Covering multiple jobs in different locations
•      Health & safety on site, working at heights

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

•      Experienced Supervisor with SSSTS/ SMSTS
•      Experience people manager
•      Working knowledge of RAMS and H&S on site
•      Excellent communicator
•      Computer literate
•      Full driving licence and access to car essential
•      Social housing experience desirable
