Job Title: Voids Multi Trade Operative

Location: Throughout Bristol, Bristol and Swindon

Permanent position. Up to £30k per annum + Van, fuel card

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working exclusively with a Property Maintenance and Refurbishment contractor, who are looking for a Voids Multi Trade Operative (carpenter bias) to cover Bristol, Swindon and Chippenham.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi trade / general builder / carpenter to join an excellent company on a permanent basis. You'll be joining a team dedicated to refurbishing void social housing properties within the Bristol area.

You'll need to have a Level 2 carpentry qualification and be skilled in a variety of trades (plumbing, painting, tiling, outdoor maintenance) and be able to work alone or as part of a team.

Day to Day:

Planned refurbishment and improvements to void housing association properties.
Ability to work in a timely, efficient manner

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Full driving licence
Previous experience in a similar role
