Our client, one of the largest housing maintenance contractors in the UK, are currently looking for an experienced Void Manager to join their team.
You will be joining an already established team and will be responsible for the management and delivery of day to day void refurbishments. You will be responsible for managing a team of 25 operatives and 5 void supervisors, ensuring they are achieving KPI's on a daily and weekly basis as well as ensuring the works are completed to the correct standard.
My client are looking for a candidate who will be able to come in and drive the team forward to achieve targets and standards that have been agreed. You will be responsible for managing the full operation for the voids department and be able to make decisions on your own accord. You will report in to the operations manager.
To apply for this role, you must have the following;
- Minimum 5 years experience managing void refurbishments
- CSCS Card
- Full clean driving licence and your own vehicle
