Ealing based (Operational offices in Oxford/Staines/Winchester)

£50,000 - £53,000 Basic Salary + CA or Vehicle

The Role:

Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment – from executive to operative level.

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and we are looking for a Voids Manager based in Ealing (Operational offices in Oxford/Staines/Winchester).

Day to Day:

• This position is to oversee the operational duties within the voids department.
• The contractor manages 35k+ properties across the south of country
• You will be responsible for managing 3/4 Supervisors and 36 operatives delivering a direct delivery model.

Requirements:

• Social housing voids experience
• Clean Drivers License
• RTW in the UK.
