Location: Ashford

Permanent - £33,000

This would be working for a maintenance contractor in the social housing sector.

To be considered for this role candidates will require/be :

Sound working trade knowledge and experience

UVPC specialist

Multi Trade skills such as carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling,

Experience gained within a Maintenance, site and or Housing environment

social housing experience

Able to deliver excellent customer service

Right first-time approach

Health and Safety Conscious

Able to use a PDA
