The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with A Property maintenance company, who are looking for Wet Trade specialist with basic Multi trade experience based in Littlehampton.

Day to Day: Property maintenance

The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills

• UPVC Doors
• Windows
• Locks

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Experience within Property Maintenance
• Customer service skills

This is a permanent Multi Trade role whereby you will receive a company van and fuel card paying between £30,000 - £36,000. There is also option for overtime, bonus scheme and a call-out rota.
