Training Administrator / Coordinator

Reports to:

Regional L&D Manager

Main Purpose of the Role

The main purpose of this role is to provide a training administration service to the company and to assist the Regional Training Coordinator and wider team as appropriate.

Key Accountabilities

HR inductions

  • Attend and provide e-learning to new starters
  • Update HR.Net with training qualifications employees have
  • Booking onto mandatory training that they do not yet have
  • Check if new starters have CSCS cards and update HR.Net accordingly

E-learning Administration

  • Set new starters up on e-learning
  • Remove leavers from e-learning
  • Provide users with support

Mental Health First Aid:

  • Registering all courses for 'Regen' business and providing resources for all courses. All course administration

Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)

  • IQA and distribution of certificates for entire of 'Regen' business 

CSCS Card Administration

  • Renew expiring cards
  • Apply for new cards as necessary
  • Control stock levels and distribution of revision materials
  • Process payments for cards, courses and materials
  • Liaise with accounts to make payments
  • Update HR.Net with card / test information

Facilitating Training

  • Arrange training (book trainer, book room, book delegates onto the courses, arrange lunches etc.)
  • Book delegates onto external courses
  • Process notifications for Site Safety Plus courses
  • Update HR.Net with training booked, training carried out, and supporting evidence
  • Produce / distribute certificates
  • Collect and record Training Evaluation Forms

Other:

  • Arrange meetings and rooms as appropriate
  • Order training materials.
  • Ad hoc reports as requested
  • Any other reasonable management request

Excellent attention to detail

Good level of maths and English

Busy commercial environment

Experience with making bookings and payments
