I am working with a young innovative Approved Inspector who are looking to develop their Fire Engineering division of the business with the addition of a Fire Engineering Director to lead and develop the business. due to the business growth in the last year they are looking for someone to come on board who can work from their London office.
The position would suit someone who has between 3/5 years experience as a principle, associate or head of fire engineering role who is looking to progress their career and to work on a portfolio of exciting and unique projects within the commercial, retail, residential, hotel, education, hotel, industrial, office and healthcare sectors.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Managing Director in meeting the financial targets of the team, acting as project director and overseeing technical outputs of more junior team members in the fire engineering department, as well as continuing business development with new and existing clients and developing the division as a whole.
Candidates are required to hold a degree in either fire engineering or a similar engineering field, membership to the relevant governing bodies such as the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) or equivalent, knowledge of the building regulations and other relevant legislation would be required for the role as you will be required to liaise with various departments within the business.
My client offer a competitive salary in the region of £75,000 - £80,000 with an industry leading benefits package + bonus etc.
