The post is responsible for ensuring high quality floating support services are delivered to customers with mental health support needs. You will be responsible for managing a large number of clients via 3 direct reports
- Ensure the service fulfils its role delivering intensive housing management to clients and utilising relationships with Key Stakeholders to ensure a rounded service
- Deliver the service ensuring compliance with the law and relevant national and local policies quality, standards and guidance, and other quality standard
- Lead and motivate the team to ensuring the delivery of a positive working environment and positive service to tenants
Experience & knowledge of best practise in working with a mental health client group or vulnerable adults and promoting their recovery and independence is essential. Housing management experience whilst desirable is not essential as training will be given. Experience of managing floating support service is desirable.
