Soft Services Facilities Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Soft Services Facilities Manager. You will be working for a shopping centre managing a mixture of cleaning, security and waste contracts. The Soft Services Facilities Manager will undertake some have Operational duties, with this part of the role expanding down the line. This is a very successful shopping centre and you will need to maintain this and think of any improvements that could be made.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Soft Services Facilities Manager will be responsible for all Soft Services across a shopping centre
  • Working alongside cleaning and security managers to ensure a high level of performance from staff
  • Managing performance and attendance of staff
  • Regular inspection of site
  • Managing a large P+L
  • Reporting back to senior management on the running of the site

Desired Experience

  • The Soft Services Facilities Manager must have soft services retail experience
  • The candidate must have worked in a shopping centre or similar environement
  • Dynamic and flexible
  • Highly organised
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Time management skills
  • Operational experience is preferred

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH or IOSH
