Labourer or Skilled Labourer 

Bideford and North Devon

Up to £14 per hour, van and fuel card. Permanent position

Build Recruitment are looking for a labourer or skilled labourer to join a property maintenance contractor to join the team in North Devon on a permanent basis. 

We are looking for labourer or skilled labourer that can assist a team of trades on a variety of projects including property maintenance, heritage works, site work and painting projects. You’ll be given a company van and will also need to be comfortable driving a flat bed truck. 

You will need to be flexible in your approach with daily activities including assisting trades, material runs, small decorating jobs, and small building repairs.

A CSCS card would be an advantage but is not essential.

The role is offered firstly on a 12 week temporary basis. On successful completion of the 12 weeks it will then be offered on a permanent basis.

You will need to have a full, clean driving licence and be willing to undertake a basic DBS check.
