We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Contractor, who are looking for a Site Supervisor based in Stroud.

Our client a Social housing Contractor have a need for a Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee planned works on Housing Association properties in Stroud. This is a permanent role, ideal for an experience trades – person who is looking to come off the tools and Supervise a small team of Multi Trade Operative.

Day to Day:

  •      Day to day management of the programme of work
  •      Supervision of trades and subbies on site, signing off completed and quality of works
  •      Ensuring trades and materials are on site
  •      Liaising with tenants and the end client

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      SMSTS or SSSTS
  •      Computer literate using Microsoft Office programmes
  •      Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate over the phone and face to face
  •      Previous site supervisory experience, ideally in planned maintenance


  •      Monday – Friday – 40hrs per week
  •      Van offered within contract
  •      Parking on site
