Site Manager – Build Recruitment

Build Recruitment are working with a Social Housing contractor in the Bristol area to source an experienced Site Manager to oversee the smooth running of a planned maintenance contract. 

Applicants applying will need to have maintenance management experience, managing a busy programme of planned kitchen and bathroom improvements in occupied Housing Association properties.   Experience of dealing with tenants, the end client and pushing forward with a tight scheduled programme is essential.

You will need to have a SMSTS certificate in place along with asbestos awareness certificate.

The new programme is due to start in January, although our client is keen to get someone on board ASAP to get involved with the planning and preparation of opening properties for fitting at the beginning of January.

Ideally you will be based in the Bristol area, to then cover Bristol, Swindon and surrounding areas.
