My client, a large national housing contractor, are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes programme.
The project is an FRA programme. Works you will be managing include window replacements, roofing renewal and fire door and fire alarm installation. All of these works will be carried out low and high rise blocks. Your main duties will include management of sub-contractors, health and safety talks, inspecting projects pre and post works, taking progress meetings and managing the general delivery of the programme.
All candidates applying for the role MUST have;

- * CSCS
- * First Aid
- * Full clean driving licence and your own vehicle
All candidates must be available to start immediately, this role is a temporary to permanent role.
