Site Manager – SHDF –  Required  – 20 Weeks work

Gloucestershire

£272 day – for a 45 hour week. 

4 houses – Net Zero works the programe you’ll be managing are as follows; 1. New structural elevations, 2. Kitchen & bathroom upgrade. 3. New roof , 4. EWI ,5. Window & doors

Ideally you’ll already have worked on similar net zero, decarbonistaion, SHDF types of works. 

SMSTS, CSCS Gold Supervisors card or above  Firat aid as min – you will alos need to be able to pass checks on a DBS screening.
