We are currently recruiting for a large national housing contractor, and they are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes programms across the south coast.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a large principal contractor and would have been involved in social housing/decent homes schemes before and have experience with planned works, internals, externals, kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors etc.
The right candidate will NEED to be familiar with internal and external refurbishments and have previous Site Managment experience.
The contract is for planned maintenance work from Brighton across the South Coast.
Planned Maintenance works. Components could be any construction maintenance type including kitchens, bathrooms, boilers, storage heaters, Fire Doors, windows, roofline, roofs and other externals including cladding.
