The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Renewables Contractor, who are looking for a Site Manager based in Plymouth.

Our client who has various clients based in the southwest, specialise in renewable energy resources and work across the public sector.  We are looking for a Site Manager who can manage a programme of works being carried out on Housing Association properties.  Ideally experience of External or cavity wall insulation would be beneficial.

Day to Day:

  • Day to day management of direct trades and subbies on site
  • Client liaison and meeting updates
  • Arranging materials on site
  • Liaising with tenants to arrange works
  • Toolbox talks
  • RAMS & H&S

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • SMSTS & First Aid certificate
  • Experience of working on social housing or domestic refurb sites
  • Experience of working on lives site/ occupied housing


  • Full time hours worked over Monday - Friday
  • Holiday pay and pension contributions
  • Van, fuel card or car allowance provided
  • Fast growing contractor with year of pipeline work
