We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Renewables Contractor, who are looking for a Site Manager based in either Yeovil, Exeter or Bristol.
Our client who has various clients based in the southwest, specialise in renewable energy resources and work across the public sector. We are looking for Site Managers who can manage a programme of works being carried out on Housing Association properties. Ideally experience of External or cavity wall insulation would be beneficial.
Day to Day:
- Day to day management of direct trades and subbies on site
- Client liaison and meeting updates
- Arranging materials on site
- Liaising with tenants to arrange works
- Toolbox talks
- RAMS & H&S
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- SMSTS & First Aid certificate
- Experience of working on social housing or domestic refurb sites
- Experience of working on lives site/ occupied housing
- Full time hours worked over Monday - Friday
- Holiday pay and pension contributions
- Van, fuel card or car allowance provided
- Fast growing contractor with year of pipeline work
