We are currently recruiting for a large national housing contractor, and they are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes programme within Bedfordshire.
The project is an internal and external refurbishment programme. Works you will be managing will be more so internals which will include kitchen and bathroom replacements as well as electrical rewires.
All of these works are being carried out to scattered properties across Bedfordshire.
Initially, you will be expected to survey the properties and report works back to the team that need to be completed in each dwelling.
Your main duties will include management of sub-contractors, health and safety talks, inspecting projects pre and post works, taking progress meetings and managing the general delivery of the programme.
All candidates applying for the role MUST have the following:
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Full Driving Licence
