We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Social Housing Contractor, who are looking for a Site Manager based in St Austell, Cornwall.

Build Recruitment are working with a social housing contractor who provide refurb and faciltites management services to the public sector.  This role of a Site Manager is to oversee a team of direct operatives and sub contractors carrying out multi skilled work in commercial public buildings.

Day to Day:

  •      Day to day supervision of trades on site
  •      Overseeing and inspecting quality of work by trades
  •      Liaising with the end client and resolving queries
  •      Ordering materials to job
  •      Completing related paperwork for head office

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      SSSTS/ SMSTS essential
  •      Experience of managing a multi skilled team
  •      Excellent organisational skills
  •      Experience of working on live sites, public buildings, schools.
