Site Manager - Projects Division - Excellent Permanent opportunity
Our client, a national construction contractor, are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join them in their Projects division and works will be a mixture of external planned maintenance, some school refurbs so experience in this would be ideal.
You will be responsible for the project (when necessary), health and safety on site, client liaison, ensuring KPI's and deadlines are met by your team and the overall delivery of the programme. Reporting into senior site manager.
Works are all usually around and within the m25 but mainly the works will be based haringey and tottenham areas.
Experience needed for this role includes -
* Decent home schemes
* A proven track record of delivering planned maintenance projects
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications
* A clean driving licence
* Planned maintenance
* school refurbs
