Senior Voids Administrator  
Location: Rochester
Salary: £28-30K
Hours: 8am – 5:30pm Mon - Fri (1-hour lunch)

I am currently looking for a highly organised senior voids administrator to work for a maintenance company based in Rochester. You will be provided with full company training and the successful candidate will gain more responsibilities over time which can lead to progression within the company.


  • Data entry and updating of various day to day spreadsheets
  • Diary/Calendar management for sub-contractors
  • Uploading compliance documents on to the internal system
  • Collating & providing weekly reports
  • Uploading compliance documents on to the internal system
  • Organising works and updating clients in line with completion dates
  • Answering calls from clients in regard to repairs/maintenance issues within their properties while consistently providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Planning/scheduling sub-contractor workloads, using bespoke software packages
  • Liaising with suppliers to allocate services to void properties, furniture etc
  • Liaising with residents/operatives /surveyors/supervisors/clients

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  • Must have experience in a similar role
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and a flexible approach as well as being articulate and a good communicator
  • Be motivated to progress within the company
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a high degree of professionalism
  • High level of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Experience of Microsoft packages with an ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Enthusiastic, dependable, punctual, pro-active and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
