Job: Senior Voids Administrator 

Start: ASAP

Salary: £28,000k

Location: Ealing 

Hours: 8am - 5pm / 1 hour lunch 

 

Recruiting for a Senior Voids Administrator to join my clients Head Office in Ealing!

GBP 28,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will need to have worked in a lead / senior position previously 

The organisation accommodates customers with a range of support needs.

Supporting the voids officer raising voids works and specification with contractors and ensuring that works are being undertaken in accordance with the required specification, Health & Safety and in a safe manner, within agreed timescales and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

Specify the required void works and price works from agreed SoR's.

Ensure that works are value for money.

Promptly instruct contractor and confirm agreed timescale.

Liaise with scheme managers as necessary Ensure that void works are completed within agreed timeframe work and that this is accurately monitored.

Ensurean effective and comprehensive handover is undertaken and completed voids are passed service letting unit Person Specification: -Commitment to Value for Money and Quality Standards, can do attitude -Approachable and open behaviour -Highly organised, can work with clear timeframes and good attention to detail Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Essential:-A demonstrable commitment to deliver exceptional customer service -Strong administrative background -Ability to promote best practice in Voids and Asset management -Experience gained from within a building/construction environment, with knowledge of regulations in Health & -Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).-Strong

IT

Skills -Microsoft Office -minimum Intermediate level -Perform any other duties as may be reasonably requested by your line manager Desirable: - Knowledge of construction techniques - Knowledge of building standards regulatory requirements in relation to repairs and maintenance - Demonstrable knowledge of construction Health and Safety regulations
