I'm currently working with one of the leading independent private practices in the UK, we're working together to seek a Senior/Associate Project Manager to join the London based team.
My client is one the few privately owned practices left in the current market, they have over 50 surveyors based in the London Project & Building Consultancy team. This role is based in my clients modern West End offices which occupy over 1000 heads across several residential services.
You will join a close knit team who work autonomously across several commercial focused projects, we're seeking someone who will head up the CAT A team however you will be exposed to other work. Project & Building Consultancy undertake a range of projects, both new build and the modification of existing buildings, with projects varying from 5,000ft2 to 300,000ft2. The work is predominately based in Zone 1 & 2, typically office interior fit outs, you'll manage fit out, refurbishment, and new build projects through various stages. Taking the lead PM role supported by juniors and consultants, as well as being client facing and managing external consultants and stakeholders.
Ideally you'll be Chartered MRICS 2 years post PQE, BSc in Building Surveying, Architecture or a construction technology degree. You will be forward thinking, driven and motivated, in addition be AutoCAD literate to an acceptable standard.
