Senior Site Manager – Cladding Remediation Works

Type: Full Time / Permanent

Location: South East London

Salary: £57,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance

My client, one of the leading companies in main contracting, housing maintenance and regeneration works are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join the business due to continuous growth.

The Role:

As a Senior Site Manager, you will manage and control activities on site to successfully complete projects within budget, to high quality standards, within the contract period and ensuring high standards of health and safety are maintained. This role will be an entry point to working on the Regeneration projects moving forward.

Key Requirements:

Experience in large scale external packages (D and B experience preferred but not essential)
Demonstrated track history in being the lead site management resource with evidence of previously completed schemes.
Ability to read and interpret programmes - MS Project preferred
Good IT Skills – Excel, Outlook
Experience with working with Inspection and Test plans, Quality management

Skills & Qualifications:

SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Asbestos Awareness
Full Driving Licence
A minimum of three years’ experience managing decent home projects
Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation
Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
