Our client are a tier one maintenance and refurbishment contractor and they are currently looking for an experienced Senior Resident Liaison Officer to join their decent homes framework.
This is a long term framework contract where they are delivering a mixture of internal and external decent home schemes across the Cambridgeshire area. Works that are being delivered include kitchen and bathroom replacements, asbestos removal, roof replacements and window and door renewals. All of these works are being carried out to scattered properties.
Within this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5/6 RLOs. Your team could fluctuate depending on work load, but ultimately you will be responsible for delivering a good customer service to residents, ensuring your team are meeting KPI's and deadlines and working hand in hand with the site team to deliver the projects in time and under budget
To Apply for this role you must have the following;
- Minimum of five years experience working as a Senior/Lead Resident Liaison Officer
- Minimum of five years experience working in a decent homes environment
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Strong leadership skills
- A full clean driving licence and vehicle
