Build Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to lead and develop a team managing bespoke and complex refurbishment and major regeneration projects for a social housing client based in South East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple high end & bespoke projects, leading a team of project managers, site managers, supervisors and RLO's and will report to the Regional Director whilst having ultimate responsibility for delivering the works to programme, H&S, design and liaising with the client's teams.

Our client is a market leading and top tier refurbishment contractor servicing the social housing market who have an excellent reputation within the industry. The successful candidate will be ideally fast tracked to Operations Manager within a year and will have extensive exposure to market leading training and development programmes.

To be considered you must have extensive and successful experience within a major housing contractor as a Contract Manager/Senior Contracts Manager delivering large scale housing refurbishment contracts, and be fully conversant with managing, motivating and directing large teams of technical and non-technical staff.
