The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
With a diverse portfolio of projects, my client is looking for a Commercial Manager to join a newly formed commercial team, working across planned and responsive maintenance within their Asset Management division.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
To provide effective commercial and contract management arrangements, NEC and/or JCT, ensuring the commercial interests and contractual obligations of the organisation are protected.
To undertake audits of commercial and contract management arrangements with the delivery teams formed of project surveyors/repairs surveys/compliance leads who undertake project management of the works.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have strong experience with Housing Maintenance contracts relating to Decent Homes and Social Housing – M&E works exposure would be desirable;
Good demonstrable SOR knowledge;
Relevant academic qualifications & Chartered membership (MCIOB/MRICS).
Full flexibility to work from home (occasional site/office visits)
