Build Recruitment are working with a privately owned global client to make the key appointment of Senior Property Developer. London - £100k - £120k

Our client is planning a complex comprising of Residential, Retail and Commercial space as well as an intricate piece of public realm.

Reporting to the Property Development Director, the Senior Property Developer will be responsible for new-build development projects, from inception to practical completion.

As an integral part of the project success, the Senior Property Developer will also be responsible for liaising with external planning teams to prepare full planning submissions, including attending pre- applications, public consultations, and hearings.

About you:

It is essential that applicants have:

• Minimum 5yrs experience in a Commercial Development or Senior Project Management position.
• A degree in Real Estate, Project Management / Development.
• Experience of new-build development projects, from inception to practical completion.
• Experience of working on or directly managing projects in the £multi-million - £billion GDV range.
