£300-£350 Per day/ Temporary/ Full-Time

The Role:

Build Recruitment are working with a London based NHS Trust o source an Interim Capital Works Project Manager. 6 - 12 month contract paying £300 - £350 PAYE umbrella per day

Reporting to the Director of Projects, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for multiple "inception to completion" projects across all of the RIBA stages. Typical projects range in value from £250k - £5m with the potential to work on Major Projects of £10m+.

Experience of HTMs, and NEC and JCT forms of contract is essential as is managing stakeholders, consultants and contractors.

Key Projects will be: Refurbishments, Alterations, Extensions and New Build as well as MEP (if you are M&E biased).

Due to the amount of capital investment and number of projects on-site, my client is looking for a well organised and thorough Project Manager who possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrates a collaborative style of working.
