Senior Mechanical Engineer Surveyor - Commercial

An Oxford based property consultants is looking to bolster their M&E division with the addition of a Senior Mechanical Engineer.

My client is one of the UK's leading independent property consultants, the M&E division work alongside the Building Consultancy team operating on similar schemes. This organisation operates successfully in the commercial sector providing advice to some of Europe's leading investors, occupiers and financial establishments.

The position available is for an experienced Engineer to join a competent department to undertake the existing and future projects. We're seeking an Electrical biased Engineer who has previous private practice experience. You'll lead schemes from inception to completion whilst managing existing and new client relations. Spotting opportunities for new business and ideas to develop the department further.
