Build Recruitment are working with a London based Healthcare provider to source a Senior Facilities Manager: £50,000 - £55,000

Reporting to the Director of Estates, the Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of their property portfolio. This will include managing PPMs and related equipment, ensuring that PPMs are carried out in a timely and effective manner.

Due to a number of outsourced contracts, The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing contractors and service providers with typical contracts awarded on a 3 + 2 basis.

It is essential that applicants have an HNC in a relevant Engineering/Maintenance/Building Services discipline (or equivalent practical experience) as well as having experience in L8 / Water Management.

Our client is seeking a motivated and driven individual focused on delivering impeccable facilities services, ensuring that the client provides excellent standards of care and hospitality to patients and their families.
