Our client, one of the largest housing refurbishment contractors in the South East, are currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager to their planned maintenance division.
You will be responsible for managing decent home schemes up to the value of £10 million. The types of projects you will be managing include internal and external refurbishment works such as K&B replacements, electrical re-wires, roofing renewal and window replacements. These works will in large be carried out to high & low rise blocks however they could also be carried out to scattered properties. You would responsible for a site team consisting of 3 site managers. 2 assistant site managers & 3 RLO's.
You will be responsible for the project planning and programming of the works, health and safety on site, client liaison, ensuring KPI's and deadlines are met by your team and the overall delivery of the programme.
Experience needed for this role includes;
- Minimum of 5 years contract managerial experience decent home schemes
- A proven track record of delivering external & internal refurbishment projects
- SMSTS,CSCS, First Aid qualifications
- An ability to programme work streams on your own accord
- A clean driving licence
