Senior Building Surveyor;
A multi award-winning practice in South East London is seeking an experienced surveyor to join the building surveying team.
My client is a multi-discipline practice who provide professional expertise across building surveying, quantity surveying and project management. This organisation manages projects from inception to completion schemes usually range in the value of £200k - £300 million.
A position in the team has arisen due to a recent promotion, we're now sourcing for an individual who is keen to progress. You'll be offered career development opportunities which will encourage promotion and increase financial earnings. In addition, this forward-thinking firm have a strong emphasis on healthy work to life balance, as a result you're able to work a day from home.
The team undertake exclusive projects in the South East including; new build, refurbishment and maintenance programmes. You'll work on public sector housing, education and commercial structures. This is a project focused role however there is professional work involved.
