The Role will involve:

  • Supervising the team and providing management support to ensure the delivery of KPIs and SLA’s eg; Time to Respond SLAs, task based life cycle management
  • Effectively managing resources to maximise service levels
  • Leading the scheduling activities to ensure the effective receipt, processing and dispatch of re-active and planned maintenance to the appropriate engineers/contractors
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement by identifying & implementing enhancements to current ways of working
  • Preparing for events which impact our customers and/or our operations

Requirements

  • Solid managerial experience in a customer service desk based environment
  • Experience of delivering in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superb time management skills evidenced by appropriate prioritisation & effective delegation, as well as ability to meet tight deadlines / work under pressure
  • Process management skills
  • Problem solving/analytical capabilities
  • Well-developed relationship management skills
  • Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office
