Roofer - £32,500.00 - Permanent - Social Housing

Exciting Opportunity available for an experienced Roofer who can deliver a first class repairs service 

My client is one of the Largest Housing Associations in the UK and can offer you regular work, an attractive and steady salary, standard working hours and generous employee benefits.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance, carry out Disrepairs as well as larger repairs jobs.

You will work in occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need.

 33 days Hooliday per year (Including bank holidays) will rises to 27 days after 5 years full service

Overtime (time and half evenings and double weekends)
