I am currently working with a national refurbishment & maintenance contractor who have a requirement for a Resident Liaison Officer to work in Birmingham working on a decent homes scheme.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a large principal contractor involved in social housing/decent homes schemes and be familiar with internal and external refurbishments including roofing renewals, kitchen and bathroom replacements and electrical re-wires. You will be working on a contract where our client are installing new sprinkler systems to social housing dwellings. You must be able to carry out condition surveys to properties and deal with resident complaints along with being IT literate.
You must have a valid CSCS card and your own vehicle with a full clean driving licence.
This is a freelance opportunity which could lead to a longer term or permanent position with a reputable business.
