Our client, a large construction contractor based in the South East, are currently looking for experienced customer service professionals to join their team as RLO's.
This role involves a lot of face to face contact with housing tenants where you will be entering their properties, looking at what needs to be refurbished or repaired in the property and then reporting this back to the site team. You will be responsible for carrying out surveys to properties, booking in appointments for visits and dealing with any day to day complaints and liaison. You will be based in South East London and work on scattered properties across this area.
You will be fully trained by our client in how to carry out these surveys correctly and the basics of the works being carried out. They are looking for candidates who come from a strong customer service background in retail, bar work or care work and have transferable communication and people skills.You must have a full driving licence and vehicle to apply for this role.
