I am currently working with a national contractor who have a requirement for a Resident Liaison Officer to work on a decent homes and FRA refurbishment project in Birmingham.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a principal contractor involved in social housing/decent homes schemes and be familiar with internal and external refurbishments including roofing renewals, fire door replacements, fire stopping and kitchen and bathroom replacements.
You will be responsible for booking in appointments, dealing with complaints and issues, maintaining property information and occasionally carrying out surveys. You must be IT literate, hard working and able to work both individually and within a team.
This is a freelance opportunity which could lead to a permanent role if performance is good.
