We are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to work for one of our clients a leading maintenance contractor based within the South London Area. (stockwell, streatham, croydon etc
Please see below some of the duties that the role will include -
- To liaise with residents prior to commencing pre-works/surveys, to ensure that the residents are fully aware of the scope of works, estimated timescales, both the client and the residents’ responsibilities and details of the appointed contractor.
- To be the first port of call for residents included within a planned maintenance programme. To investigate and if possible resolve 1st stage complaints by residents regarding planned maintenance works. If unable to resolve initially then ensure that the Contract Manager is fully briefed on cases that will require their input to resolve.
- To conduct regular liaison with residents before, during and after works, through telephone calls, personal visits and written correspondence.
- To assist the Contract Manager and supervisors in identifying completed properties for inclusion in the engagement of undertaking resident satisfaction surveys.
Ideally our client are looking for candidates that have experience of working in the housing sector already and decent homes knowledge with a good background of customer service skills.
The right candidate needs to have a driving licence as this will be focusing on scattered properties.
