We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Resident liaison officer based in Bristol.
Our client has been successful in securing various social housing maintenance contracts in the Bristol area. They need to bring in a RLO to liaise between tenants and trades on a daily basis.
Day to Day:
- Day to day contact with tenants in housing association properties
- Coordinating maintenance works e.g. kitchen and bathroom refits
- Processing admin, sending out letters and emails to tenants and the client
- Visiting trades and tenants on the jobs to ensure the programme is being followed
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written is essential
- Excellent organisational skills to juggle lots at one time
- Good people’s person, dealing with queries and good problem solver
- Previous Resident liaison experience would be beneficial
