We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Social Housing Contactor, who are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer based in Weston-Super-Mare.

Our client a Contractor, speciliaising in social housing planned works have a need for a Residential Liaision Officer to join their busy team on a permanent basis. THis is a busy role, that requires someone who can have a flexible approach to working, being based in the office and out on site meeting tenants and trademan completing works.

Day to Day:

  •      Liaisie with Housing Association tenants to set up and prgress completion of planned works in their property
  •      Send out correspondence to arrange works via email and post
  •      Making out going calls to tenants and other 3rd parties to arrange works
  •     Visit estates to oversee works and deal with customers specification of works

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •  Previous experience of working in a Liasison Officer role, 
  • Previous Social housing experience and knowledge 
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Office programmes
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate over the phone and face to face
  • Attention to detail, taking accurate information to record
  • Full Driving licnece and access to vehcile during working hours
