Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading Housing Associations in Hertfordshire to recruit for a Repairs Team Leader.
- You will be managing a team of 5 (3 x Repair Administrators & 2x Complaints Officers)
- Ensuring the team is motivated, trained and equipped to deliver a high-quality service to tenants
- Manage a team of staff providing coaching and mentoring as needs identified through monthly Personal Development Reviews.
- Managing job costings, productivity and performance information
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the same or similar role
- Have working knowledge on CRM and Northgate
- Have experience in Complaints and Repairs with Social Housing
- Strong communication skills
